At Domain Privacy Ltd, privacy is at the core of everything we do. Our mission is to lead the industry in privacy-by-design solutions for the internet, strictly adhering to all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
We partner exclusively with registrars to provide anonymous, privacy-protected domain registration for their customers—domain registrants—through our services, as described in detail in our Registrar Partner Terms of Service.
This privacy statement offers transparent, comprehensive information about the collection, processing, and sharing of personal information through our Services.
Registrars license our Services on behalf of their Customers. Our clients are registrars; however, this section addresses what personal information we collect regarding end-users or Customers (domain registrants).
If you are a Customer of a registrar that uses our Services, rest assured that we do not collect, process, or require any personal information about you. We simply do not need it—and, under our Terms of Service, registrars are prohibited from sharing your personal information with us.
Because registrars are our direct clients, their Customers (end-users) do not have third-party beneficiary rights. Our duties and obligations are to the registrar, not the end-user. We highlight this here for transparency, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
Our website has two primary goals: to provide information to registrars interested in our Services, and to offer clear, accessible details to Customers of those registrars. We do not know of any other privacy service that upholds our privacy standards. If you are a Customer of a registrar that partners with us, you can be confident that your personal data is not being shared unnecessarily and that you are protected from complex or unclear privacy policies.
As an information resource, our site is not designed to collect personal information from visitors. We may collect limited, non-personal data (such as aggregate traffic analytics) solely to improve the website experience.
Please note: Our Terms of Service specifically exclude third-party beneficiaries. Only registrars in direct contract with us have any enforceable rights. Any claim related to our Services must be brought exclusively before the courts of the Cayman Islands, under Cayman Islands law.
Domain Privacy Ltd is committed to protecting privacy rights and upholding the highest standards of data security and transparency.
